Intermediate .NET developer

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Understand business needs, business processes, and functional requirements
• Design and document the solution
• Assess development effort
• Write robust and reliable code
• Perform automated unit tests
• Perform functional and integrated tests
• Execute projects in our development centre or at the client site

Requirements

• Diploma in computer engineering, computer science, or in business computing, or equivalent
• Over five years of experience in IT, including three with the .NET platform
• Knowledge of Web-related graphic design tools and technologies

Assets

• Knowledge of Agile principles and practices such as Scrum and XP
• Knowledge of software engineering practices such as TDD and DDD

Technical skills

• Very good knowledge of object-oriented development
• Very good knowledge of the .NET platform
• Good knowledge of databases
