Pyxis structure

Pyxis is a self-organizing company. With a non-hierarchical management structure, individuals are at the centre of each decision. Through the worker shareholder co-operative, each employee is an actor in the management of the company.

Collaborative management
Pyxissians actively participate in the management of the company. Employees are grouped into independent teams, and their contributions are guided by their skills and fields of interest. Each Pyxissians is free to join the team in which he feels he will bring the most contribution.

The “caddy” process
The “caddy” process is a decentralized model of human capital management based on the community of employees, collaboration, and self-organization. Each Pyxissian benefits from a personal coach (called “caddy”). The caddy welcomes the new Pyxissian and meets with him on a weekly basis.

Transparency at the management level
At Pyxis, the rule of transparency prevails at the financial level as well as at the operations management level. All information is accessible by all on our corporate wiki.

Social club
Pyxissians participate to Pyxis’ social life. Activities are organized in order to increase team spirit and improve quality of life.
