Biography

His passion being team coaching and improving teams' practices, Fréderick is distinguishing himself by his pragmatic behavior and ability to unify people. For nearly 20 years, he has been working for software organizations in various business fields such as banking, insurance, health, ministries, telecommunication, software publishers and high technology product manufacturers. He has been conducting meetings with and giving presentations to his teammates and managers. Moreover, he has been a lecturer, particularly from 2002 to 2008, at the Software and Engineer department of Université Laval and in several CEGEPs.

Fréderick is offering his people-oriented skills and know-how on the Agile coach, Scrum, team coach, Extreme Programming (XP), software metrics, Capability Maturity Model (CMM), Team Software Process (TSP), Personal Software Process (PSP), Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
