Biography

Holding a bachelor’s degree in business computing, Mr. Rousseau has over 15 years of experience in
information systems development and consulting services, 9 of which using Agile approaches.
As trainer accredited by Emploi Québec and as certified Scrum Master, he regularly gives training
courses and carries out coaching projects where he transfers his knowledge of the Scrum framework
and Agile engineering practices. Here is the type of activities he carries out during his mandates:
organizational diagnostics, impact analyses, adherence management and process reengineering. He
can act as strategic consultant with top management and Agile coach with teams. He can also carry out
projects as Agile project manager and Scrum Master.
As senior consultant with good communication skills and leadership, he explains the values and
principles of Agility on various forums. He has to rapidly understand the problems faced by his clients in
order to propose the interventions that are best suited to their specific context. His professionalism and
rigorous work methods allow him to successfully take part in simultaneous mandates. Finally, his great
learning skills allow him to rapidly adapt to change and reach expected results.
