Martin routinely questions popular beliefs and common wisdom. Relying on new leadership paradigms and with a pragmatic perspective he looks for ways to achieve extra-ordinary results. Based on the Agile values and principles and a coaching perspective, he shares ways to improve results by tapping into people's intrinsic motivation on his blog.
For nearly 20 years, Martin has been leading software development organizations. In the past 3 years he has developed an expertise around the Agile approach as well as professional expertise as a management coach.
