Following an education in psychology and in engineering, Pascale mainly held managerial positions. First in fieldwork engineering in Boston (United States), then upon her return to Québec, she was interested in IT as project manager; a role that she played during many years, most of the time with large bilingual development teams. She also co-founded centres of technological expertise and managed the Microsoft partnership for an IT consultation firm. She then moved on to a software development company as the vice-president of business solutions development. Above all, Pascale is a friendly person for who team work and results achievements are paramount.
