Ralph started his career in ’97 at ISO in Germany working as a programming consultant at Siemens Medical Technology. In 1998, he joined Oracle, UK, working on JDeveloper. Two years later, he moved to the USA and worked as a consultant for Spherion Technologies in Manhattan. In 2001, Ralph relocated to Silicon Valley to help Applied Biosystems, a leading biotech life science company, to transition to Agile. He joined ThoughtWorks early 2007 as an Agile coach. His clients included Gap, LinkedIn, Google and Roche. In late 2009, Ralph moved to Bern, CH and joined Zühlke to help kick start their Agile offerings. He is now in charge of his own business effective agile and is working in collaboration with Pyxis Technologies.
