Summary

This course is given as interactive theory with activities to explore the agile mindset and the essential concepts of the Kanban method. This method allows to optimize the delivery of services of a team or a group of people while keeping a particular attention on the customers' needs and expectations.

Participants will have the opportunity to dive into an evolutionary method of cultural change and service delivery optimization, whether in information technology (IT) or any other field requiring the management of services, cross-functional teams or the management of multiple demands of several clients (marketing, human resources (HR), operations, finance, etc.).
