  • Day 1 - Facilitation for high performance teams
    • Introduction to facilitation and its role in successful team collaboration
    • Exploring the intent behind facilitation and sharing the group's intent
    • Orienting conversations to the group's intent
    • Develop the ability to consider other perspectives in order to welcome a diversity of viewpoints
    • Gain a better understanding of facilitation practices
    • Complement conversations with key practices
    • Understand and experiment with different facilitation tools and processes
    • Develop the facilitator's position and make connections between people and ideas
    • Develop emotional intelligence to recognize and name emotions
    • Use group rules and prepare the physical environment

  • Day 2 - Facilitating Authentic Retrospectives
    • Creating psychologically safe spaces for team members to share their perspectives
    • Understanding group dynamics, roles and leadership principles
    • Develop listening and adaptability to meet the needs of the team
    • Explore a variety of activities to energize retrospectives
    • Discover practical tools that can be added to your toolbox now
    • Create logical sequences taking into account the context of the iteration and the phases of the meeting
    • Experiment with facilitating retrospectives in a safe environment
    • Explore real-life case studies and simulations for full integration of learning.
  • Day 3 - Facilitating Conflict Resolution
    • Understand the nature of conflict and the different ways to manage it
    • Explore conflict management strategies and conflict response styles
    • Develop active listening and empathy skills
    • Manage emotions in conflict, including anger
    • Explore various techniques to better address conflict in a practical way
    • Create rich meetings and powerful conversations using, among other things, liberating structures
    • Providing constructive and generous feedback
    • Manage conflict to achieve better outcomes for teams
