Facilitation in time of conflict
Conflicts are naturally part of life at work, but they are often neglected and most of the time they are absolutely avoided! And it's a shame, because for a team to achieve a high level of performance it must often dare to brave difficult conversations and better navigate in its conflicts. This is how team members will learn not only from each other, but also to navigate with different tensions.
This one-day training-workshop will explore the nature of conflict and the different ways of managing it and thus facilitating powerful and effective meetings. Through various structured workshops, we will be able to experiment with new approaches and techniques to untie conflicts and difficult conversations.
