Leadership in Agile Transition
The general disengagement of employees despite the implementation of Agile frameworks and practices, the absence (or weakness) of return on investment in the implementation of agility as well as the burnout of employees and managers are all signs that the successful implementation of agility is difficult.
The Agile Transition Leadership training will allow you to discover how you can positively influence your chances as a leader of an organization in transition.
Duration: 1.5 days
Target audience:
- Managers
- Team leaders
- Product managers
- Product Manager / Product Owner
- Scrum Masters
- Project managers
Objectives :
The implementation of Agile work practices is a radical change for a traditionally structured company. This change of direction implies not only new roles, new responsibilities or new tools. It also requires a deeper change in the way people work in and around Agile teams.
We find that many organizations focus on the 'visible' side of agile (processes, nomenclature, tools) and the tactical side (application within a team), but lack attention to the more strategic level - namely, creating an environment that is conducive to the success of Agile teams and a shift to more servant leadership.
This training provides first and second line leaders (project/product managers, team leaders, managers) with an introduction to Agile leadership that supports team success as well as a smoother transition of the organization.
What you will learn:
- A comprehensive understanding of the impact of agile on teams and the organization,
- An understanding of the importance of focusing on an environment that supports team success,
- Techniques and tools to help put Agile leadership into practice
