Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner (PSMPO)

The Scrum teams flourish when the responsibilities of the Scrum Master and the Product Owner are well-filled. The Scrum Master and Product Owner (PSMPO) course of 3-day combines the main learning objectives of the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master ™ (PSM) and Professional Scrum Product Owner ™ (PSPO). The combined training of PSM and PSPO courses allows parallel learning by the two roles, which is impossible when the Scrum Masters and the Product Owners are formed separately. Participants greatly benefit from a shared understanding of both, and by mixing the content, participants avoid the duplication of fundamental elements and thus have more space to focus on shared learning. This course includes free attempts to take the certification exams for each role: Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I).

Throughout the course, students will develop and consolidate their fundamental knowledge of Scrum and have the opportunity to expand their thinking about what to do to be part of a self-managed team. They will frequently explore the state of mind of introspection and the skills necessary to bring value and create significant results for the customer. The responsibilities of the Scrum Master and the Product Owner are intertwined with the values ​​of Scrum and the pillars of empiricism in a way that encourages students to approach work in a new way immediately after the course.
