Session 1
Goals:

Become aware of behaviors that stifle collaboration and creativity, and know how to apply the “Yes, And” to promote psychological safety and creative team thinking.
Practice “Yes, And” in the context of conversations to foster productive listening and positive, inclusive conversations.
Today's work world is filled with stresses, changes and fluctuations – a rigid mentality only adds stress to the mix.
Participants will have the opportunity to experiment and practice with the concept of "Yes, And", a tool for creation, adaptation and collaboration used in the world of theatrical improvisation and innovative leadership around the world .
The strategies applied can be used directly in your conversations following the session.


Session 2
Goals :

  • Apply the collaborative brainstorming methodology leading to innovative and inclusive solutions.
  • Use the principles of applied improvisation to solve problems creatively and bring out the innovative genius of your team.

The “Yes, And” is conducive to creating an environment where the whole team is comfortable contributing. Participants will leave this session with practical inclusive problem solving tools to generate and move forward with innovative ideas.
