Guillaume Soyer

Agile consultant

Project and IT team manager since 1999, Guillaume holds PMP and Scrum Master certifications. Having acted as developer, integrator, architect, project manager and manager of quality assurance as well as research and development teams, he masters the mechanics of software development.

He first discovered Agility through Extreme Programming, but it is during the implementation of Scrum in his R & D team that the magic of Agile practices convinced him. Guillaume sees it as an approach that reveals the full potential of teams and makes them highly effective to deliver earlier and better, and this, right from the start.
