Pierre Leblanc

Agile consultant

With over 20 years in IT, Pierre had the chance to work with different types of companies. From startups to multinationals, he adapted to all kinds of environments and collaborated with people from many different cultures.

Entrepreneur from 2003 to 2007, he developed his leadership, business development and teaching skills. His Agile adventure began in 2009 as developer within a Scrum team. After becoming Scrum Master for a distributed team of an international financial institution, he finally decided to put aside software development to focus on the human aspect of IT.

He then became trainer and Agile coach at Pyxis, which allows him to help teams improve their work processes and achieve their goals. In 2017, Pierre became the only accredited trainer of Lean Kanban University in Quebec.

Always looking to learn more, he is a member of Toastmasters International since 2012, where he can exercise his talents as speaker. In fact, he received several distinctions for his leadership as District Manager.
